DISTANCE

Guests must always use the mask in closed common areas and in any case always when it is not possible to respect the interpersonal distance of one meter (with the exception of members of the same family unit or subjects who in any case share the rooms for overnight stays). The use of a mask is not mandatory during physical activity. Parents are required to monitor compliance with all rules of conduct by children.


CLEANING AND SANITIZATION
Especially in the camping area it will be important to constantly clean and sanitize the environments both by guests and by the staff of the facility. For shared toilets, cleaning interventions will be carried out at least twice a day using suitable products, combining ordinary cleaning procedures with extraordinary ones. For disinfecting surfaces such as tables, door and window handles, light switches, shelves etc. subject to being touched directly and even by several people, chlorine-based disinfectants will be used. Sanitizing gel dispensers will be available in the points where guests have contact with surfaces. The bungalows will be cleaned and disinfected at each change of client.


CUSTOMER HEALTH
Customers will not be able to access the tourist accommodation area in the event of a quarantine measure, in the presence of flu symptoms or body temperature above 37.5 ° C. If the staff of the facility is contacted by customers who complain of feverish symptoms or other flu symptoms, they must immediately contact the customer with the Emergency Medical Service and inform the competent health authority. Potentially contaminated places and areas will undergo thorough cleaning and decontamination. The owner of the accommodation facility will take all measures to contain the spread of the virus in the workplace towards the staff.
